(hereinafter referred to as "Company") respects the personal information of our customers ("Store") and complies with relevant laws such as "Personal Information Protection Act", "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.¡± The Company collects and uses the personal information as below in order to consult, apply for and respond to inquiries for the use of the Electronic Payment Agency Service ("Service"). 1. Purpose of collecting and using personal information The Company collects and uses personal information items of Store for the following purposes. - Consultation on service contract 2. Items of personal information collected - Company Name (Store name), Name, E-mail, Phone Number (Mobile Number) 3. Period for retention and use of personal information In principle, the Company destructs personal information of users without delay when: the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved; or Store requests: Provided that, it is required to retain the following information by reasons as below. 1) Retention of Information by Company Internal Policy - Consultation on service application and inquiries - Reason for retention: check history of consultation and use of recorded data for any disputes - Retention period: 6 months after consultation 2) Retention of Information by relevant laws and regulations If it is necessary to retain personal information in accordance with the relevant laws such as the 'Electronic Financial Transaction Act' and the 'Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.¡¯, the information will be retained for the period specified by the relevant laws. In this case, the Company will only use the information for purpose of retention. Store can refuse to consent to the collection and use of personal information by the Company. However, if the consent is withheld, please note that the service application cannot be completed.
